Hello everyone,
Please take note of the following meetings and events for Troop 117. The PLC and adult leaders are hoping that with advance notice the participation level of scouts and their families will increase. New ideas for trips are always welcome!
March 2 - regular meeting (First Aid training week #4)
March 5 - Troop 51 is offering a Merit Badge Medley at the West Caln Sportsmans Club beginning at 9 AM. The cost is $5 per scout and there will be approximately 10 different merit badges offered. For more info., contact Asst. Scoutmaster Scott Thatcher at #610-273-9223.
March 9 - regular meeting (Winter Camping training weeks #1 & 2)
March 12 - 7 AM - First Aid Meet (participating scouts should meet at Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd)
2 PM - EAGLE COURT OF HONOR FOR DAVID MC##### @ Doe Run Presbyterian Church
March 16 - regular meeting featuring Court of Honor by Mr. Clark and Mr. Lesyk - Parents and family members highly encouraged to attend
March 19 - Jimmy T##### Eagle Project @ East Fallowfield Elem. School - Volunteers needed (date subject to change)
Pack 133 Pinewood Derby - Volunteers needed
March 23 - PLC meeting
March 26 - OA Trail Crew work day - contact Mr. Bane for more details
March 30 - regular meeting (Winter Camping training Weeks #3 & 4)
April 6 - regular meeting
April 9 - Troop 117 Spaghetti Dinner - tickets will be sold in advance
April 13 - regular meeting
April 15 -17 - Webelos Woods - team of 4 scouts and 1-2 parents needed to go early (after school) to set up obstacle course - contact SPL Ryan D###### or Mr. Daylor for more info.
April 20 - PLC meeting
April 27 - regular meeting
April 28 - pick up plants for Plant Sale - 1 adult needed to stay with plants overnight (8 PM - 8 AM)
April 29 - May 1 - OA Weekend and Troop 117 Plant Sale
