Troop 117 Whitewater Rafting Trip
May 21 - 23, 2010
DROP-OFF: FRIDAY, MAY 21 AT 6:00 PM AT THE LUTHERAN CHURCH
PICKUP : SUNDAY, MAY 23 AROUND 12:00 PM AT THE LUTHERAN CHURCH
Come out and enjoy a whitewater rafting trip down the Lehigh river. This is a chance to raft on some awesome class III rapids and check out some great scenery at the same time. Saturday night will be a COOK OFF where all patrols and adults will be competing for bragging rights for NUMBER 1 COOKS!
The cost of this trip is $75.00 per person. This includes food and the rafting trip. I know that's a lot of money, but sell plants this weekend and the trip wont cost much! We would like to have your permission slip by Wednesday, May 5th, and payment by Wednesday, May 12th.

I give permission to the leaders of the above unit to render First Aid, should the need arise. In the event of an emergency, I also give permission to the physician, selected by the adult leader in charge, to hospitalize, secure proper anesthesia, order injection, or secure other medical treatment, as needed.
I further agree to hold the above named unit and its leaders blameless for any accidents that might occur during this outing except for clear acts of negligence or non-adherence to BSA policies and guidelines.
